Welcome!
I'm Hannah Conroy, PCLC

You may feel like the past keeps showing up in ways you can’t control, through intense emotions, relationship conflicts, impulsive decisions, or reactions you later regret. It can feel frustrating when part of you wants things to change while another part wonders if they ever will.
I’m a pre-licensed clinical professional counselor based in Great Falls, and I work with people who feel stuck in patterns shaped by anxiety, trauma, and overwhelming emotions. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin building tools that help you feel more steady, connected, and in control of your life.
If you’ve been considering counseling but aren’t sure where to start, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

When we work together, you can expect:

A warm, supportive space where you don’t have to pretend you have everything figured outTherapy that moves at your pace: gentle when that’s what’s needed, and more direct when it’s helpfulA collaborative process where we set goals together and adjust them as your needs evolvePractical tools you can use in everyday life, balanced with deeper reflection and insightThe perspective that comes from over 10 years of experience in mental health care and supportAnd yes, a genuine sense of humor, because meaningful work doesn’t have to be humorless

Flexible and supportive

Getting support shouldn’t feel like another thing you have to “figure out.” I offer flexible appointment times, accept multiple insurance plans, and provide a sliding fee scale to help reduce financial stress.
My goal is to make therapy feel doable, something that fits into your real life, not one more obstacle to navigate. Together, we’ll create a counseling experience that feels grounded, supportive, and truly tailored to you.
