I'm a per-licensed clinical professional counselor based in Great Falls, Montana! I provide a warm, collaborative space for adults and teens navigating anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions.
My approach is trauma-informed and compassion-focused. Therapy with me is paced thoughtfully and shaped around each client’s needs and goals.

Seeking support shouldn’t add stress. I offer flexible appointment times, accept multiple insurance plans, and provide a sliding fee scale to help reduce financial barriers.

How long are sessions?
Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes.
Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for flexibility and access where you are most comfortable.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though frequency can be adjusted based on your needs, goals, and availability.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept multiple insurance plans, but I also offer a sliding fee scale to support accessibility. Plans I accept include: Aetna, Cigna, Mountain Health Co-Op, Prime Health Services, and Pacific Source. And I can accept Medicaid!
What if I’m nervous or unsure about starting therapy?
That’s completely normal. Many people feel anxious before their first session. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear plan.
